Accepted payment methods
Products purchased by the Customer through the site can be paid for with:
- Credit card;
- PayPal;
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (with an additional 4 euros for the service)
Credit card
At no point during the credit card payment process does TraslocoShop have access to the customer's credit card information, card number, or financial, asset, or personal information. The payment order is transmitted—via a secure connection—directly to the portal of the bank or financial institution expressly indicated by the customer.
TraslocoShop , therefore, is in no way responsible, and cannot be held liable, for any fraudulent and/or illicit use of credit cards by third parties during the purchase and payment process for products through the Site. Payments for products and/or services made by third parties through fraudulent and/or illicit use of credit cards (e.g., cloning, theft, etc.) will be considered properly made to TraslocoShop , which will under no circumstances be required to refund any amount to the legitimate owner and/or possessor of the credit card used fraudulently and/or illicitly.
In the event of payment anomalies or irregularities, TraslocoShop reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer and/or copies of documents proving ownership and/or legitimate possession of the credit card used for the purchase. If the Customer fails to provide the requested information and/or documents within the reasonable timeframe indicated by TraslocoShop , no less than three calendar days, TraslocoShop may refuse to accept and/or cancel the Order or terminate the contract already concluded, without this giving the Customer any right to claim compensation for damages or assert any other claims.
PayPal
If the chosen payment method is PayPal , the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page and the payment is handled in accordance with the methods and rules governing the relationship between the Customer and PayPal itself, a relationship to which TraslocoShop is completely alien.
Paypal can be selected in two ways:
– By pressing the “Buy with PayPal” button, which immediately directs you to the PayPal login page (so-called “Short Process”); or
– By pressing the “Buy with PayPal” button, then entering all the required data and finally selecting “PayPal” as the payment method (so-called “Long process”).
Bank transfer
If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the Customer is invited to contact TraslocoShop customer service to receive the information necessary to make the payment.
Mark
If cash on delivery is the chosen payment method , the customer will be asked to confirm their purchase by phone, WhatsApp, or email. The service fee is always €4, regardless of the order value. Payment to the courier can only be made in cash.
Payment security
In the case of online payments, the data provided by the Customer are transmitted in a manner that prevents others from reading them.
The Site is certified (as per the certificate that appears by clicking on the closed padlock image visible in the top bar of the browser).
Furthermore, the application software used to manage the Site uses the SSL ( Secure Socket Layer ) protocol to encrypt data sent over the Internet. Credit card payments are handled directly by companies widely used for online sales, such as Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal, for transaction security.
To find out if you are on a secure connection, simply check that the page address contains the prefix "https" instead of "http" and that the padlock image visible in the bottom bar of the browser is "closed".
The Customer acknowledges and accepts the provisions regarding the security of payment methods, exempting TraslocoShop from any liability that may arise from problems that occur despite the adoption of the aforementioned security measures.
Payment for products booked through the website and collected at a point of sale
Customers who choose to purchase and collect products at one of the TraslocoShop stores and/or at one of the affiliate stores listed on the site must make the relevant payment at the selected store at the time of purchase using the payment methods made available by the store itself.
